Nathan Meeker

Pastor of Youth and Young Adults

Nathan was born in Southeast Portland where he lived until his family moved to Oregon City. After finishing high school, he moved to Arizona to study aerospace engineering, but changed direction after developing a passion for reaching unchurched teenagers with the gospel. He then transferred to Multnomah University, where he met his wife, Sarah, on the Cross Country team, though they wouldn’t get married for another few years. Nathan and Sarah have one daughter, Adelaide.

Nathan has been a youth pastor in the Portland area since 2015 and recently spent 6 months with his wife and one-year-old daughter in France, helping with a Christian study abroad program. Nathan’s hope in youth ministry is to help students at every stage of spiritual maturity to grow into a more mature, lifelong relationship with Jesus.
