Women's Lifeline summer Bible studies

Lifeline Summer 2020Women, are you feeling isolated? Are you perhaps ready to see people?? Do you need a jumpstart on a Bible reading plan? Feeling stuck in a rut spiritually?

Women of Westside is offering you some summer opportunities to develop spiritually while you connect with other Westside women. This summer we have several options to offer you. We are excited to connect with many of you during this continued season of separation. We need each other!!

For the choices that are a book of the Bible, there is no formal study guide. Each group will be walking through Scripture and you can put into the study as much time as you would like (optional study-helps will be available). The Zoom groups that have been doing that this Spring had times of precious discussion and encouragement!

Tuesdays, 10:00 am via Zoom – Philippians
Tuesdays, 7:00 pm via Zoom – John
Tuesdays, 10:00 am at Rood Bridge Park – “The Cure” book club
Tuesdays, 1:00 pm via Zoom – “The Cure” book club
Thursdays, 7:00 pm at Huerta and Ingram homes – Luke

For those that want to read the book ‘The Cure’ by John Lynch, Bruce McNicol and Bill Thrall as a book study this summer, your eyes may be opened to what it means to really trust God, the God of all grace, rather than working through your own self effort to please him. The in-person study will be at Rood Bridge Park, Tuesdays at 10:00 am. Then there will be a Zoom option Tuesdays at 1:00 pm. This book has been life-changing for at least a few in the Westside body, so it should be a great group! You can purchase your own book on Amazon for $10.13.

If you are interested in joining one of these groups or if you have any questions, please contact Amy Hickman or Suzie Davis. We’d love to see many Westside women’s faces this summer!
